  The toddler and I got there at that awkward time of when they're switching menus. Which isn't a big deal. We wanted the lunch menu but we 6 mins too early. They told us would be at least 10mins... OK so we got breakfast items. Anyways they didn't have a bagel for my meal so I just asked for a refund for my meal. The regular staff was nice but the manager/supervisor not realizing I was standing of to the side made a to do about it. Was short with the hourly worker about what was going on she didn't understand I guess. So I finally said I'm right here to which she changed her tune and attitude. She had me reslide my card to which I questioned her because it didn't make sense. I asked her some questions about my refund to such I got no help. I questioned it because it didn't even show as a pending transaction to which she said it can take a day to show. I called 4days later to see what was going on with three refund. I got a someone who explained what was going on to her manager/supervisor.... where once again I had someone talking to me like I was bothersome so I explained the situation again to which I got oh I thought you were an employee I didn't understand what she was telling me. To which she apologized for being short with me...I'm still waiting on my refund almost a week later. I've been in contact with a regional manger who is being very kind and helpful in trying to track down my money. I'll update once this is resolved.
