  My food is always fresh, hot and usually fast. I really enjoy the breakfast sandwiches but sometimes my donuts get smashed in the bag. They give your dog a treat when you bring them through the drive-thru.

  Stopped at 11pm to get sandwiches and iced capps and Tim bits. Employee said the only sandwiches they could serve currently were ham and Swiss and a club. They had no chicken or steak. Asked for Tim bits and the only flavors available were cinnamon, apple fritter and original. Get with the program people. If you have several items that are out of stock, in my experience, this shows poor management skills and unsatisfactory customer service.

  Decent service. Usually understaffed. Iced coffee is bitter at night...has happened on three occasions...tastes like it's been sitting too long. Was given a stale donut and they don't make sandwiches in the middle of the night either which is pretty disappointing. Also, last two times I ordered ice cream from Cold Stone, they were out of the flavor I wanted.

  Being a big chain of restaurants , I was expecting Tim Hortons to have a Infant changing table in their restrooms. I was disappointed that they did not have one ! I hope they get this issue fixed ASAP
